At Liberty Hub, we provide a range of services tailored to each individual’s needs. Our dedicated staff team are trained and qualified to provide person centred support to our residents. We work with external services that provide therapeutic support to aid our service user’s development and social interaction. The ways in which we support our residents may include providing advice and support, or prompting and assisting with.

Range Of Support At Liberty Hub
We aim to help the young people develop their skills through our active support and person-centred approach so that they are able to live a more independent life and integrate into the local community. We also work with external services that provide therapeutic support to aid our young people’s development and social interaction. The ways in which we support our young people may include providing support and advice, or prompting and assisting with:
- Understanding information relating to their tenancy where appropriate.
- Budgeting and claiming appropriate benefits where appropriate.
- Meal planning, shopping, and cooking. Housekeeping.
- Maintaining the security and safety of the property.
- Opportunities for employment or voluntary work within the local community.
- Opportunities for education and leisure activities.
- Registering with community GP, dentist, opticians and maintaining links with healthcare services and supporting with any medical visits.
- Taking any prescribed medication.
- Responding to their chaining needs in liaison with other multi agencies involved in their support and care.
- Maintaining and developing community links and relationships.
- Managing their behaviours.
